I signed up for a subscription, do I have to pay for materials as well?
Answer:
No! A subscription covers everything needed for the monthly maintenance of your home, from smoke detector batteries and air filters to all the cleaning supplies and caulking. If you have additional projects that require materials, those will be charged at a retail rate.
Question:
I'm not a subscriber but I want to hire a handyman, can I hire you as just a handyman service?
Answer:
At this time, we only provide services to subscribed members.
Saguaro Home Maintenance is built around proactive, ongoing care rather than one-time repairs. By focusing exclusively on our members, we’re able to plan ahead and deliver consistent, high-quality service to every home we maintain.
If you’re looking for reliable, year-round upkeep instead of occasional fixes, we’d love to have you join our maintenance program.
Question:
A year long contract feels like a big commitment, what if I don't want to sign up for a year?
Answer:
We completely understand — a year can feel like a big commitment! We do strongly recommend the annual plan because our service schedule is designed to cover every major area of your home over a full 12-month cycle.
That said, you have options:

Month-to-month plan: You can start with a month-to-month option as a trial. If you don’t absolutely love the service, you can cancel anytime with no penalties.

Early cancellation option: If you choose the annual plan and need to cancel before the year is up, there is a $100 early termination fee.
Our goal is to make this an easy, stress-free decision while giving you confidence that your home is fully cared for.

I love your service and want to refer Saguaro Home Maintenance, is there any benefit if my referrals sign up?
Answer:
Absolutely! We love referred customer as its our biggest compliment that were doing a great job. For every 3 referrals that sign up you get the next months service on us with no limit to how many months you can get for free!

Are you a licensed contractor?
Answer:
Saguaro Home Maintenance is not a licensed contracting company and is not registered with the ROC. Our focus is preventative home maintenance — helping your home run smoother, stay safer, and last longer through routine care and upkeep. We are fully insured with general liability insurance, so you and your home are protected while we’re on site.
If a repair ever falls outside the scope of maintenance and requires a licensed contractor, we have a list of trusted contractors for every possible job.
